Deal began its journey in 2010 as Seal Energy and, in 2014, underwent a restructuring, establishing itself in the Free Energy Market under the leadership of Rodrigo Cosac Nacacio and Amauri Massaru Yamada. In 2023, with the opening of the market for medium and high voltage clients, it expanded its operations by acquiring Versa Energia, strengthening its presence in retail and reaffirming its commitment to innovative solutions in the energy sector.
Front Office
In the Front Office, we are the front line in managing the energy market, handling the buying and selling of energy according to price fluctuations and maintaining a close relationship with industry agents. We also manage pricing, contracts, and portfolio risks, ensuring our clients the best opportunities in the market.
Commercial
The commercial area of Deal drives growth with efficient sales and marketing strategies, operating through its own channel and authorized agents. With a focus on prospecting, CRM, and lead generation campaigns, we expand our presence and deliver strategic data for informed decision-making.
HR
