2014 The Creation of Deal Commercializadora

2021 Crescimento e Conquistas

Acquisition of the customer base of Lumina Energia. Expansion of market presence and reinforcement of our position as one of the leading marketers in Brazil. Achievement of the B3 Level 3 Seal - represented an important recognition of the company's governance and integrity, aligning with its values of ethics and transparency.

2022 Venda da Ekoa e Novos Horizontes

Deal took another big step by selling Ekoa Energia to New Wave, a company of the XP and Gerdau group.

2023 The Future Has Arrived with Versa Energy and Energy Exportation

A Deal acquired Versa Energia, strengthening its position with the opening of the Free Energy Market for retail. We are now the 2nd Brazilian trader to export electric energy, consolidating our global presence in the sector.
